1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DevZoon Technology services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

DevZoon provides IT consulting, software development, AI solutions, mobile and web applications, cloud infrastructure, digital marketing, brand identity, and related technology services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications timely, and review deliverables within agreed timeframes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals. A deposit is required before work begins. Invoices are due within 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, custom-developed work product is transferred to the client. DevZoon retains the right to use general methodologies and tools.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information for 2 years after engagement ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

DevZoon's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client pays for completed work up to termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
